There are two topics that people like to avoid: God and Politics. And if one of the two is brought up, the other is kept out of sight. Especially with politics. If you’re about to engage in a political discussion, one way to turn that grass fire into a bonfire is to pour God on the flame. Am I right? Welcome to the bonfire! In my opinion, there’s no such thing as a political discussion absent of God. There’s no truth apart from God; no clear right and wrong. If I’m going to have a political discussion, I’m not going to waste my breath on speculation and opinion. No, if I talk politics, I’m going to talk about what I know is true and right and just. Nothing else will stand the test of time. Only truth.
